When it comes to the crazy world that we live in, sometimes modern medicine doesn’t have all the answers.  Now, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t follow modern medicine but doctors and scientists still don’t have all the answers, especially when it comes to our spiritual and mental wellbeing.

Everyone is different, and how we react to things is different.  How we heal is also different and that’s why I’m sharing with you seven different crystals that can help with creating positive energy.  You don’t have to carry all seven around with you!

You’ll find that you’ll be drawn to a certain crystal or maybe a couple of them.  They’re the ones that you are needing right now, their energy is calling to you.

Just remember that crystals work best when in direct contact with the skin, such as a pendant in a necklace or a bracelet made of the stones.  With regard to rings and earrings, the crystal doesn’t actually touch the skin so won’t be as effective.

You can also carry them in a pocket.  Make sure you put your hand in there regularly to touch them and feel that energy helping you.

So, without further ado, here’s seven crystals for you to look into and try:-

Turquoise – Provides solace for your spiritual energy and also brings well-being to your body.  It brings feelings of peace and calm to the wearer.  It also removes negative energy and clears electromagnetic smog.  This crystal is empathetic and brings balance and a sense of realization to help with problem solving and also calms your nerves if you have to speak in public.
  2. Rose Quartz – Energy of unconditional love and infinite peace. Creates inner healing and self-love.  Also calming and reassuring, it’s wonderful to use through a trauma. It draws off negative energy and replaces it with loving vibes.  It serves to soothe internalized pain.

It calms and synthesizes and also aids the transmission of neural signals through the brain.  It balances our highs and lows, which brings balance.
  6. Fluorite – This stone cleanses and stabilizes the aura and is extremely effective against electromagnetic stress. It draws off negative energies and stress of all kinds.  This stone can help you overcome chaos and help you reorganize the physical, emotional and mental aspects. It also has a stabilizing effect on the mind and emotions, teaching balance.
